Why wiring matters

Most “ECU problems” are wiring problems.

A Spitronics ECU is a sensitive electronic component. Interference and a string of intermittent faults appear the moment the wiring isn't up to standard — and we see a lot of installs that weren't.

This E36 with a Lexus IS250 V6 came to us with endless problems. The fix wasn't a new ECU; it was a proper harness.

Diagnose
Spitronics can't fix mechanical faults. We check compression, coils, injectors and pump first, so the ECU goes onto a healthy engine.
STEP 02
Fit & wire
Harnesses built properly: every joint soldered, heat-shrunk and sleeved, every supply fused. No shortcuts, no interference.
STEP 03
Road tune
Tuned on the road with a wideband AFR, in real conditions, for how you actually drive — engine and automatic gearbox.
STEP 04
Hand over
Tested before you collect, with support afterwards. We believe in doing it right the first time.
